Black Friday (Before & After) , Part 1

Friday 3rd September 2004 saw the conversion of London routes 9, 73 & 390 from AEC Routemaster to low-floor operation, the 9 and 390 to low-floor double decks and the 73 to low-floor bendi-buses. Buses In Ireland took a trip over to see what the London scene was like before, during & after "Black Friday" as it has become known by some enthusiasts.
